Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Caldwell Adventist Academy, Inc. online library catalog (the "catalog"). By using the catalog you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

The catalog lets anyone search the school library's holdings and see how many copies of a title are on the shelf. Browsing is open to the public and needs no account.

Signing in is for authorized library staff and school administrators only, and unlocks tools to manage the catalog.

You agree to use the catalog only to find and learn about the library's books. You agree not to attempt to gain access to accounts or areas you are not authorized to use, not to disrupt or overload the service, and not to extract its contents by automated means for other purposes without the school's permission.

If you have a staff account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell the school promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The school may suspend or remove an account that is misused or no longer needed.

We work to keep the catalog accurate, but the number of copies shown as available may not always match the shelf exactly, and a title's presence in the catalog is not a reservation or a promise that it can be borrowed at a given time. Please check with the library to confirm availability.

The catalog is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend, or withdraw parts of it, and we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

The catalog, its design, and the Caldwell Adventist Academy, Inc. name and crest belong to the school and may not be copied or reused without permission. Bibliographic information about books is provided for library use.
